PulseON Foods Ltd was formed in 2021 by the Quadram Institute, King’s College London and New Food Innovation to support the commercialisation of its unique, whole-cell pulse flour. Our science-based innovation and application know-how delivers ingredients to support the production and consumption of staple foods in a tasty, healthy and sustainable way.
The Quadram Institute’s mission is to deliver healthier lives through innovation in gut health, microbiology and food. The Institute is creating new interfaces between food science, gut biology, human health and disease, capitalising on the world-class bioscience cluster based at the Norwich Research Park.
New Food Innovation Ltd strives to provide innovative science-based solutions within food manufacturing, research and inventor communities. Its Associates’ Network has in-depth knowledge covering most aspects of food manufacturing, science, technology and marketing.
